ENVY SHOES & BAGS - WEB RETURN POLICY

Envy Shoes & Bags will refund the price of any shoes, boots or bags, accompanied by the original sales receipt provided they are returned unworn and unmarked and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of purchase.

Unfortunately no refund or exchange will be given on goods which have been worn or used or where the customer has changed their mind.

We regret we cannot offer any refund on sale items.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery in the UK .

We do not pay for return postage, this will be at your own cost
